Hello friends! I haven't done a post for this little blog series in a while, so I figured I'd try one right now!
How many ways can I mix-and-match a sweater, patterned pants, a skirt, a blouse (DIY'd from a dress), and a ribbon? Let's see...
This first look is simple. The blouse and the skirt. But to add a touch of awesomeness, I tied the ribbon around the collar and finished it with a bow.
This next look has more of a vintage feel to it. You see, this blouse used to be a dress. It was a dress I bought from the thrift store. I also bought these blue pants from the thrift store too! Combining these patterns is very modern, but combining the two styles of the pieces looks much more vintage. And I have the jumbo bow wrapped around my bun.
This take on the clothing pieces is way more casual. Just a simple knit sweater and those blue pants. Perfect for a cool morning.
This final look has got to be my favorite. I put the knit sweater over the blouse, just to show the polka-dot collar, then I tucked the sweater into my skirt. Wam-bam.
Thanks for reading! Do you have articles of clothing that you want to learn to wear in many different ways? Let me know what they are down in the comments and I'd be glad to try out some different looks. -Lydia
