Hello friends! It is I, the blogger who neglected to blog for just over a month. It's nice to see you again.
Yeah, hi, I'm sorry it's been so long. I'm honestly just losing track of time. It never feels like I take such long gaps between posts, but then I come back and realize I didn't post at all through the month of October?? Pardon?? But alas, today I want to write a small little blog post about the thingies that I've been loving this fall so far.
I don't think I've done a favorites post since Covid really took off. I think in general, I've blogged slightly less with everything going on. I'm not sure why. But there are some things I found that have stolen my heart, so I thought--why not share with my besties?
I do have some neat ideas in the works, so expect a longer blog post for the next one. But until then, enjoy my favorites...
This year, especially since the summer time, I've been on a crystal kick. I buy through instagram sellers, such as @aphroditesofferings, @aquariusandthemoon, and @heal.love.manifest. Is my obsession getting intense? Yep, I'd say so. Do I regret it? Only a smidgen, financially. But do I enjoy my new hobby of collecting and learning about these different crystals and stones? Absolutely. I've been writing blog posts about my crystals every time a big order comes in. So with that said, expect another one coming soon hehe. I might've ordered a lot more recently.
Lavender Dry Oil
I'm not sure if it's the essential oil enthusiast in me or what, but if I take this somewhere with me, I'm applying it over and over again all day. This dry oil just smells so good. It's a mixture of argan oil and lavender, and holy mackerel I can tell. It feels and smells unbeatable.
Glossier "You" Perfume
When I wear this perfume, I can't exist in the world without getting at least one compliment on how I smell. It smells peppery (which I didn't expect to like, initially), and then it has a sweet after bite to it, if you will. This is actually how Glossier describes the notes of their scent: "First you smell the pink pepper—the bright, sparkling, spicy top note that makes a good first impression. Then you get into the woodsy, slightly sweet heart of the scent that comes from ambrette seeds and warm, ambery ambrox. It’s balanced with iris, a white floral, for a creamy freshness."
This is the only perfume Glossier sells as of right now, but if they ever sell another one, I might have to stock up. With all this said, this has easily become my signature scent.
Pink Tourmaline Rings
I bought these rings from @aquariusandthemoon on instagram and I wear them literally every day. I don't have much to say about them besides the fact that they make me feel cute. Oh, and they're adjustable. I feel unstoppable when I wear these rings!
I don't know where I got these earrings (maybe H&M??), but I love how they're dangly without being too busy. I can pair these with any outfit. I also like how they look with my other piercings. The collection will keep growing!
Thank you all for reading. Get ready for some fun content coming soon!
