E.l.f. Haul + First Impressions

Hello friends!
If you've been keeping up with this blog for a while, you'll probably know how much I love E.l.f. And if you're new here, guess what? I love E.l.f. Their products are affordable, cruelty-free, and all-around amazing.

Recently I purchased about $25 worth of goodies from the actual E.l.f. website since they have basically everything there, rather than just a small Walmart display. So here are some items I purchased (most of which I've never tried before, hence the "first impressions"):

E.l.f. Moisturizing Sleep Mask

Dudes, I'm confident that this product saved my skin. After a random week of breakouts on my forehead, this mask completely calmed down the blemishes and they've been fading very nicely. I apply a thin layer of this mask nearly every night, then wash my skin with warm water in the morning. It leaves my skin feeling soft and super hydrated for the rest of the day!

E.l.f. Transparent Mascara Primer

Okay, I'll be honest. When I first ordered this, I didn't think I'd really need it. Now I realize...I've needed this for a while now. Whenever I see my boyfriend, we'll watch Netflix; and, from vegging out for so long, my mascara will start flaking--hardcore. I use the TooFaced Better Than Sex Mascara, because it's probably the most effective mascara I've ever used. But unfortunately, it flakes off after a few hours. So after using this primer, I've noticed that it hardly flakes off! Thank you, E.l.f!

E.l.f. Highlighting Dewy Drops

This Summer, I became obsessed with two things: highlighting and contouring. I wasn't a big fan of the extremely glittery highlight palettes, though--I started looking more into that dewy look. I think having dewy skin just makes your highlight look much more natural and your skin look much more healthy. These dewy drops are so subtle and so perfect for those who want a more natural highlight.

E.l.f. Lipstick in "Nostalgic"

Normally I feel like nude lipsticks don't work with my skin tone. But I wanted to find one, because I think a nude lip could be a fresh new look for fall (aside from the plum lipsticks that I know I'm going to be wearing a bunch). Since the E.l.f. lipsticks are super affordable, I decided, why not go ahead and test out a nude lipstick from them? Well guess what. I love it.

E.l.f. Lipstick in "Classy"

Another shade I don't normally go for is an intense pink lipstick. But I figured I'd go ahead and experiment with a pink as well! I actually really like this shade. I think it's fun, and it reminds me of my beautiful friend Brooke (I miss you, girl!). If you're ever wanting to look like a Kate Spade masterpiece, I recommend wearing this fun pop of color with some black and white.

E.l.f. Lipstick in "Seductive"

I'm not sure if I can consider this lipstick to be seductive, but I definitely can confirm that it is gorgeous! It smooth, it's bright, and it's so wearable. I've been looking for a pretty lip shade that isn't too loud, yet isn't too boring. This is it! It's perfect for nearly any fall outfit. I know I'll be using this one a lot this season.

E.l.f. Makeup Mist & Set

This is the only product in this post that I have used before. And, since I bought it a second time, I can tell you that it definitely works. And, once again, I love the dewy finish! It just brings the whole look together without leaving my skin feeling sticky or uncomfortable.

E.l.f. Hydrating Water Sheet Mask

At the end of the day, I love a good mask. Lately I've been testing out some sheet masks, especially while I'm relaxing with a hot bath. I'm a little bummed I only bought one of these! I was so shocked when I first opened the packaging for this one...there was so much hydrating serum in there! It was so cold! But when it was on my face, I felt so refreshed and awake. After 10-15 minutes, I removed it and rubbed the remaining serum into my skin. It left my skin feeling super healthy and soft.

Thank you folks so much for reading! I highly recommend this brand to pretty much anyone. I personally love it. Give them some love, and don't forget to keep on grinning!
