How Many Ways Can It Be Worn? (No. 2)

6/20/2014

Here we are again with another H.M.W.C.I.B.W. segment! I challenged myself to mix two style trends together: Chic and Grungy. Keep on reading if any or both of these styles appeal to you!

Clothing I'm using:
1 Black skirt
1 Black dress
1 Pair of green flats
1 Blue flannel
1 Pair of high-waisted shorts
Picture
Here's a very basic outfit: just a simple black dress and green flats.

Picture
Woop! Mixing it up! I tucked the puffy sleeved into the dress and left the spaghetti straps of the dress out. I then put my black circle skirt over the dress for a more flared-out look.

Picture
Same as the one previous photo, however I just tied a flannel around my waist. It's a simple twist that gives the classic look a rocker-vibe.

Picture
In this photo, I just wore the dress by itself (no skirt) and used Angie's flannel as a cardigan. It makes the look more casual.

Picture
A flannel can look vintage and chic? Yes! Button it up as high as it will go and put a dress over it. I also added that black skirt again for a cuter look.

Picture
Simple and to the point: a flannel and a skirt.

Picture
Yay to DIY'd shorts! For a relaxed look, just add the flannel!

Picture
Hot hot hot! That flannel's used as a cardi again! Role up the sleeves and use the tucked-in dress as a tank top (if you don't already have one).

Picture
There are those shorts again! Tick that dress in, but let those puffy sleeves out!

I hope you enjoyed this post! Please, if you have questions about your wardrobe and want help, feel free to comment. I would love to assist you! If you have any challenges or request for me, also comment below. I would love feedback on my outfits. Which would you wear? Let me know! Coming soon: "My Favorite Blogs & Vlogs" and  a "Magnificent Milkmaid Braid Tutorial". Tell me what you think, and thanks for reading!
